The typical home sale price is Redfin’s median sale price for all home types in the three months ending June 2026, and for Clay, Glades, Jefferson, Leon, Pasco and Sumter, about its figure for March to May 2026 (the three monthly medians, weighted by homes sold) (Redfin methodology). The same figures appear on each county guide.
