Clear paid-placement rules
Advertising Disclosure
1stFlorida combines public relocation information with a paid, category-exclusive professional network.
Effective August 8, 2026Paid county positions
A participating business may pay for the single displayed position in a professional category for a county. Different categories can appear together because they serve different needs. “Exclusive” refers to advertising placement within that category and county; it is not a statement that the business is the only provider operating there.
Published pricing and availability
Prices shown on the Claim Your County page are fixed monthly advertising prices for the stated number of available county/category positions. A pricing or availability request does not reserve a position or create an agreement. Multi-county availability must be confirmed before acceptance. Premium subdomains, custom landing pages and separately identified sponsorships are not included unless the written plan expressly says so.
Separation from public guidance
Advertising payments do not influence Florida county guides, regional information, quiz questions or results, comparison tools, editorial content or public-source recommendations. Sponsored professional help is presented separately from relocation research and is labeled as advertising.
No “best” claim
Payment does not establish that a professional is the best, most qualified or appropriate choice for every visitor. Visitors should independently evaluate credentials, experience, terms, conflicts, insurance, licensing and fit before hiring anyone.
Premium addresses
A selected county partner may separately purchase a memorable 1stFlorida subdomain or landing address. That address is a paid marketing add-on and does not create a government affiliation or special license.
Sponsored content
Regional guides, videos, newsletters or resources may have sponsors. Sponsored material will be identified in a way intended to be noticeable before a visitor acts on it.
Professional rules
Participation remains subject to the professional’s licensing, advertising, ethics and referral rules. 1stFlorida’s arrangement is intended as fixed-fee advertising, not a share of professional fees, commissions, settlements or closings.
