FLORIDA PLACE TO EXPLORE

Grand Boulevard at Sandestin

Walton County · Panhandle & Emerald Coast

A town center at 585 Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach, with shops, restaurants, offices, hotels and a park.

ABOUT THIS PLACE

It is the shopping and eating center for the west end of Walton County, and it is laid out as a walkable street rather than a parking lot with a building at the back. The restaurants include Emeril's Coastal, Fleming's, Cantina Laredo, Vin'tij Food and Wine, Tommy Bahama and Grimaldi's. The shops run to Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, lululemon, Lilly Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines and around twenty others. The Emerald Coast Theatre Company is based here and puts on professional live performances through the season, which is a real theater company rather than a dinner show. A farmers market runs every Saturday of the year from nine in the morning until one, held at Grand Park between Tommy Bahama and Cantina Laredo. Hotels and office space sit alongside, so the place is used on weekdays as well as by visitors. The number is 850-837-3099. It sits just off US 98 next to the Sandestin resort
