Claim Your County

The County Comes First. Then Somebody Local.

One Trade. One County. Make It Yours.

Every day, more than 900 people move to Florida — more than 329,000 in a single year. A move can mean hiring a mover, a real estate agent, an insurer, a lawyer, a roofer or a title company. On 1stFlorida a visitor picks the county first, and then the trade. People moving out may need help too: a realtor to sell the house, a mover, and the trades to get it ready to sell.

In each county, 1stFlorida shows one business per trade, written out in full with its photographs, its hours and its telephone. Nobody else in that trade appears above it, beside it or underneath it. That business can be yours.

Florida Demographic Estimating Conference, June 2026: Florida grew by 329,374 people from April 1, 2025 to April 1, 2026, all of it from people moving in.

How the work reaches you

Your page opens when somebody asks for your trade in your county.

1stFlorida is written for people planning a move, not as a list of advertisements. Visitors read about the counties, and when one of them asks for somebody in your county who does what you do, your page is the one that opens.

  1. 01

    They arrive reading

Moving guides, county comparisons, schools, taxes, hotels, beaches, things to do. Hundreds of pages of Florida, written county by county. At this point no advertising is put in front of them.

  2. 02

    Florida becomes one county

Here the reading moves from a state to a place: the county guide answers what living there is actually like. Once a county is chosen, more of the questions are local ones, and local means somebody local.

  3. 03

    They say what they need

Local Help asks the county first, then the trade: a lawyer, a mover, a roofer, a title company. One county, one trade. No list of businesses across Florida, and no page of results to work through.

  4. 04

    Your page opens

Your photographs, your services written out in full, your hours, your telephone and your email, live and pressable. Nobody in your trade is shown above you, beside you or underneath you, because in that county there is nobody else.

That is the difference between being advertised and being the answer. A directory shows a list and leaves the customer to guess. This shows one business, written out in full, so the customer can read about it before picking up the telephone.

So a call from your page is not a cold call. The person calling has had the chance to read your page first: what you do, how you work and how to reach you.

See the product before the price

This is what your page would look like, in all 14 trades.

Each one is a complete invented business, written all the way through, with its own photographs. Press one and read it the way a customer would.

What the position includes

The only one in your trade, in your county.

Not a listing. A page of your own, written out the whole way, that a customer reads before they pick up the telephone. While you hold the position nobody else in your trade appears in your county — not above you, not beside you, not underneath you.

  • One business per trade, per county
  • A full page, not a line in a directory
  • Your telephone, email and website, live
  • Your photographs, approved by you before they go up
  • Every service written out in full
  • How you work, step by step
  • Who you are right for, and who you are not
  • Your hours, languages and how to reach you
  • Your credentials and what you are licensed to do
  • Shown in Local Help for your county and trade
  • Opens, calls and website clicks recorded for you
  • Built for you, checked by you before it goes up

One county is $150, $295, $395 or $595 a month, by the size of the county. For that, your trade in that county is closed to everybody else for as long as you hold it, and the page stays up and working whether you are on a job, on a boat or asleep. Every plan is one trade. The only thing that changes is how many counties you close. More than four counties? Contact us for a price.
