Gulf sand on one side and a canoe and kayak launch on the bay side. Picnic areas, grills, shelters and restrooms. The county names fishing, swimming, birding and boating as what people do here. Open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Part of the land was bought through Sarasota County's Neighborhood Parkland Acquisition Program.
