A 21-acre county park at the end of East Beach Road in Tavernier, with a protected swimming area, a boat ramp, two baseball fields, a basketball court, pavilions, grills and a playground. Open from sunrise until half an hour after sunset, with the athletic fields open until 10 p.m. Monroe County residents get in free. Everyone else pays $15 a vehicle, and $40 more to launch a boat on a weekend or $60 on a holiday or during the July lobster mini-season.
