Fort Myers Beach

Lee County · Gulf Coast

The Gulf shore of Estero Island. Seven walk-on accesses, numbered 37 to 43, sit along Estero Boulevard north of the Matanzas Bridge between Lynn Hall Memorial Park and Bowditch Point. They are foot traffic only, with no parking and no facilities beyond a trash can, and none of them is ADA accessible. They have been closed since the hurricanes of 2022 and 2024; check the county's beach page before relying on any of them. No pets. A saltwater fishing license is required to fish from shore. Lynn Hall Memorial Park at the north end is being rebuilt as well, and LeeTran runs a Park and Ride to the beach while that work goes on.
