A county park at 10500 Wilderness Park Boulevard in New Port Richey, run by Pasco County with the water management district. There are tent sites, primitive sites and cabins. On the grounds are just over seven miles of paved path for cycling, skating, running and walking, thirteen miles of hiking trails and a ten mile bridle trail with a horse corral. The paved path joins the Suncoast Trail, forty-two miles across three counties. There are playgrounds, shelters and pavilions.

There is a heated enclosed pool, two clubhouses, laundry rooms, bathhouses and free wireless internet at the clubhouses and the pool. On the grounds are six shuffleboard courts, five horseshoe pits, billiards, darts and a library, and the park runs water aerobics and painting classes.

An RV resort at 39602 Amethyst Way in Zephyrhills with park models, RV ports, lots with lanais or sheds and cottages, for rent or for sale. RV lots have large concrete pads, thirty, fifty and one hundred amp service, sewer and water. The clubhouse runs to ten thousand square feet and holds a laundry, an exercise room and billiards. There is a heated pool and spa, six shuffleboard courts, a dog park and a walking path.

Lots and park models are for sale or for rent, and owners and renters pay no membership or grounds fees. There is a clubhouse of two thousand five hundred square feet with a bar, ice, music and free wireless internet, and a pool, a heated conversation pool and a hot spa on a peninsula in the lake.

There is a quarter acre lagoon pool, a tiki pool, two water volleyball pools, a large hot tub, a sauna and steam room, a gym open around the clock, pickleball and tennis courts, a dining room and bars.

Choose one county and two communities. Use day one for essential routes, day two for neighborhoods and housing, and day three for repeat drives and unresolved questions.

5-day comparison trip

Split the stay between two county areas. Give each finalist two ordinary days, then reserve the final day to revisit the strongest community.

7-day regional trip

Use two lodging bases rather than crossing the region every day. Compare no more than three counties and protect time for unplanned discoveries.
