Each is four hundred and fifty square feet, with a bedroom, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a living area with a sleeper sofa and a washer and dryer, and sleeps up to four. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, the South Lake Trail runs across the street, and Orlando is about twenty-five miles away.
A boutique hotel in a palazzo from 1877 at 1029 East Fifth Avenue, a walk from downtown Mount Dora, with a free city shuttle on weekends. The house has nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms across six thousand seven hundred and fifty square feet. It can be taken a suite at a time, as a five bedroom main house that sleeps seventeen, or whole for a wedding or other event. Parking is free and dogs are taken for a fee.

Twenty cabins look over Dixie Lake, each sleeping six, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, heating and air conditioning, linens and rocking chairs on the porch. The campground has sixty sites with thirty and fifty amp hookups, taking rigs up to fifty feet, with two bathhouses and two fishing piers. There is also an equestrian camp with five paddocks and two backcountry sites.
