Frank Rendon Park, 2.25 miles north of Dunlawton Boulevard, sits above the sand with over 130 parking spaces, restrooms, a playground, picnic pavilions, showers and bike racks, and is accessible throughout. Off-beach parking is $20 a day or $100 for a non-resident annual pass, and Volusia County residents park free once they register a vehicle.
