The largest public beach in Key West, about half a mile of sand on the island's south side along State Road A1A, and about 150,000 people a year come to it. Volleyball nets, jet ski rentals, restrooms and showers. Parking is $5 an hour, Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to midnight, and nobody parks there overnight.
