The village's own way onto the sand runs down 102nd Street from Collins Avenue to the beach just south of the Oceana building: 25 feet wide, laid in pavers, with shaded seating, wood benches and a stainless steel body and foot shower. From spring 2026 the gates open with a Bal Harbour All Access Card, which residents collect at Bal Harbour Waterfront Park. The village office takes beach questions on 305.866.4633.
