To make a moving plan, open My Plan from the site's main menu, or press the Start My Plan button on the front page or on a county guide.
My Plan asks a few questions, one screen at a time, among them when you plan to move, the kind of home you want and your budget. It then gives you three Florida counties that fit you, with the reasons, and your plan: what to see, where to stay and the local help you need.
You can keep up to three counties in your plan, and the same three carry into Compare Counties, which puts up to three counties side by side, and into the Moving Worksheet, which holds your target date, county shortlist, housing target, scouting trip and decision notes. A county you pick in one place is there in the others.
The plan is kept in your own browser on that device, and you can have it emailed to you.
