The main house is an antebellum mansion from 1856, a Florida Heritage Landmark, with an iron fence finished in gold fleur-de-lis and a gingerbread veranda. Eleven rooms are spread over three buildings: five in the Williams House, four in the Hearthstone House from the 1880s and two in the Carriage House, rebuilt in 2004. A full breakfast is included.

A state park at 2601 Atlantic Avenue in Fernandina Beach, built around Fort Clinch, one of the most complete nineteenth century forts in the country, furnished as it was in 1864. There are sixty-nine campsites in two campgrounds: forty-two at the Amelia River under oaks and twenty-one RV sites and six tent sites near the ocean, all with thirty and fifty amp hookups. There are three stretches of beach, a six mile trail and fossil shark teeth in the sand.
