A hotel at 2200 Edwards Drive on the Caloosahatchee River, in the River District of downtown Fort Myers. There is an outdoor pool and event deck on the fourth floor, a fitness room with weights and cardio machines, and ten thousand square feet of meeting space. Places to eat and drink include a coastal kitchen, a diner, a coffee roastery, a sports pub, a lobby bar and a rooftop bar twelve stories up. Pets are not taken.

A beach resort of twelve acres at 275 Estero Boulevard on Estero Island, with Matanzas Pass on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. Rooms are studios and one and two bedroom units. There are several pools, a full service marina, a spa and four restaurants and bars. Times Square and the middle of Fort Myers Beach are about three quarters of a mile south.

A ferry takes guests across Estero Bay, about fifteen minutes, to the resort's own island for shelling and the beach.

There is a lagoon style pool with cabanas and daybeds at the beach club, a spa, a fitness center, and five places to eat and drink, among them a grill, two beach bars and a coffee shop. Weddings and meetings are held here.

Seven places to eat and drink are on the property, including a steakhouse and a pool bar.

A bed and breakfast in a historic house at 2135 McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers, within walking distance or a short drive of the downtown River District and about ten miles from the airport. There are five guest rooms, all smoke free, each with a private bathroom and its own entrance. A full home style breakfast is cooked each morning. Outside there is a garden, a terrace and a picnic area.

A small remodeled hotel at 2938 Sanibel Boulevard in St James City, on Pine Island between Cape Coral and Sanibel. It was once a fishing retreat. Rooms are deluxe king suites, king suites and double efficiencies, sleeping two to six, all with full kitchens and a view of the water. It sits on the Henley Canal, with dockage for guests and trailer parking; Monroe Canal Marina is a three minute walk.

The units are two bedroom suites of fourteen hundred square feet, sleeping four to six, with a king bed and a whirlpool tub in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the second, two bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer and a screened balcony. There is a pool, sports courts and barbecues at sunset. Bowman's Beach nearby is known for shelling.
