Morgan Park at 2650 Gulf Boulevard, where Morgan Drive meets it, is the city's public beach park: a pavilion, restrooms, showers, benches and a way onto the sand, open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Parking is metered with a three-hour limit, $5 an hour Monday through Friday and $10 an hour on weekends and holidays, and residents holding a current city permit park free in any open space. The pavilion can be reserved, but only by Belleair Beach residents.
