Yes. The Individual Annual Entrance Pass is $60 and the Family Annual Entrance Pass $120, good for one year from the month you buy it; the family pass lets in up to eight people entering together.
Buy one at any park ranger station or museum, or online, which adds a $6 convenience fee and $10 shipping. A pass covers day-use entry only, not camping or special events; Homosassa Springs and Weeki Wachee have their own admission rules, and some places, such as Monroe County, add a local surcharge.
Active-duty service members and honorably discharged veterans get 25 percent off. Veterans with service-connected disabilities, and the surviving spouses and parents of service members who fell in combat and of Florida law enforcement officers and firefighters who died in the line of duty, get a free lifetime family pass, and licensed foster families get a free family pass each year. Discounted and free passes are issued in person at a park with a staffed ranger station.

Camping on the sand itself is not permitted in Florida, but a number of parks put you a short walk behind the dune, and those sites book out months ahead.
