Frank Butler Park East has 84 parking spaces with four accessible, accessible restrooms, showers, two pavilions, picnic tables and two grills, and a 309-foot boardwalk down to the sand with 21 steps and no ramp. Horseback riding is allowed with a permit. The Mary Street and Gloria Avenue lot nearby holds about 50 informal spaces, lets four-wheel drive vehicles onto the beach with a pass, and has its own 237-foot boardwalk with 18 stairs and lifeguards in season.
