Parking is $5 an hour, paid at the meter or through the PayByPhone app using lot number 13050, and the city's beach rangers enforce it around the clock. No overnight parking, no backing into a space, and no trailers, recreational vehicles or semi-trucks. Residents can apply for a discounted annual beach pass.
